AQUA CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Deep: A cardiovascular and resistance workout, suspended by a buoyancy belt in deep water. No impact or jarring on the joints. Some equipment may be utilised. Minimal choreography. Confidence in deep water is required. Suitability: All fitness levels Choreography: Low Duration: 45 minutes
Shallow: A low impact muscular conditioning class in shallow water designed to increase the heart rate by incorporating a variety of resistence equipment. Suitability: All fitness levels Choreography: Low Duration: 45 minutes
YAH Shallow: (over 55's) A gentle low impact class in shallow water, designed specifically for the active senior. Suitability: All fitness levels Choreography: Low Duration: 45 minutes
YAH Deep: (over 55's) A non-impact deep water class, using a buoyancy belt, specifically designed for the "Young at Heart" members. Confidence in deep water is required. Suitability: All fitness levels Choreography: Low Duration: 45 minutes
