AQUA CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Deep: (beginners - advanced) 45 min A cardiovascular and resistance workout, suspended by a buoyancy belt in deep water. No impact or jarring on the joints. Some equipment may be utilised. Minimal choreography. Confidence in deep water is required.
Shallow: (beginners - advanced) 45 min A cardiovascular and resistance workout in shallow water. Some equipment may be utilised. Minimal choreography.
YAH Shallow: (over 55's) 45 min A gentle low impact class in shallow water, designed specifically for the active senior.
YAH Deep: (over 55's) 45 min A non-impact deep water class, using a buoyancy belt, specifically designed for the "Young at Heart" member. Confidant in deep water is required.
