FITNESS AND AQUAFITNESS CLASSES
TOKENS are required for all classes and can be picked up at the Service Desk when entering the Centre.
Towels are compulsory for all workouts. Please arrive on time for the warmup.
All aquafitness classes are 45 mins in duration and all fitness classes are 60 mins in duration (unless stated)

Monday 12.15pm - 1.00pm: Boxing Express* Wednesday 12.15pm - 1.00pm: Circuit Express* Friday 12.15pm - 1.00pm: All Terrain Express*
*Boxing Express consist of boxing drills, technique correction, running/agility/strength training *Circuit Express consists of resistance training and cardiovascular training, followed by core conditioning *All Terrain (weather permitting) will consist of a run/jog/power walk throughout the park, with core conditioning and body resistance exercises incorporated.

FITNESS CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Core Combo: (beginners - advanced) A total body strength and conditioning class involving a "mixed bag" of activities (swiss ball, cycle, boxing, abdominal conditioning and more!). No choreography.
Body Shape: (beginners - advanced) A muscular strength and endurance class, using barbells and free-weights. Minimal choreography.
Boxing Circuit: (beginners - advanced) A medium to high intensity fitness training session. incorporating boxing equipment. No choreography.
Cycle: (intermediate - advanced) Indoor cycling session to music. A challenging non-impact cardiovascular workout.
Fatburner: (beginners - advanced) Medium to high intensity cardiovascular workout with choreography. A great calorie burner!
Fitness Circuit: (beginners - advanced) A combination of cardiovascular and resistance exercises in a cricuit format. No choreography.
Kick-Box: (intermediate to advanced) A high intensity training session, incorporating kick-boxing moves and equipment. No choreography.
Pilates: (beginner - advanced) No impact class, designed to improve posture & muscle function, using strengthening and stretching exercises.
Road Cycling: (intermediate - advanced) Bring your road bicycle and join in a structured session around the precinct with the triathlon club. You need lights from April-October. Meet outside main entrance of the Centre.
Run Session: (beginners - advanced) (Warm-Up Arena) A great session for generating some speed. Also good for getting some structure back into your running sessions.
Step Athletic: (intermediate - advanced) Moderate to high intensity cardiovascular exercise using step boxes. Some choreography.
Stretch & Relax: (beginners - advanced) Comprehensive flexibility & postural workout with focus on relaxation. You'll feel great after this class!
YAH Gentle Exercise: (over 55's) A low-impact class combining cardiovascular, strength and agility exercises, designed to maintain a healthy body.
Yoga: (beginners - advanced) Designed to improve strength and flexibility, and relax the mind and body. Non-impact.
AQUAFITNESS CLASS DESCRIPTIONS Aqua Tone: (beginners - advanced) A low impact muscualar conditioning class in shallow water, incorporating a variety of equipment for resistance. Minimal choreography.
Aqua Power: (intermediate - advanced) A high energy, shallow water cardiovascular workout, designed to increase the heart rate. Low impact, with minimal choreography.
Deep: (beginners - advanced) A cardiovascular and resistance workout suspended by a buoyancy belt in deep water. No impact or jarring on the joints. Some equipment may be utilised. Minimal choreography. Confidence in deep water is required.
Athletic Aqua: (intermediate - advanced) A high energy deep water workout combining cardiovascular and resistance exercises. A variety of equipment may be used. You are suspended by a buoyancy belt. Confidence in deep water is required.
Deep Circuit: (beginners - advanced) A deep water workout, using a buoyancy belt, in a circuit style format. Equipment may be incorporated . No choreography. Confidence in deep water is required.
YAH Shallow: (over 55's) A gentle low impact class in shallow water, designed specifically for the active senior.
YAH Deep: (over 55's) A non-impact deep water class using a buoyancy belt, specifically designed for the "Young at Heart" members of the community. Confidence in deep water is required.
