This position is primarily responsible for processing invoices for payment, debt collection, fortnightly input of timesheets/leave information/workers compensation etc for payroll and verification of payroll, management & control of petty cash, cashiers summary reconciliation & banking and statistical information. Further tasks include playing an active role in monthly management reporting. This position reports to the Finance Manager. |

SELECTION CRITERIA |
- Degree/Diploma in Accounting (or near completion) preferable.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a commercial environment, preferably service industry.
- Good interpersonal, communication skills and ability to communicate accounting concepts clearly to accounting and non-accounting staff
- Experience with meeting tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy of data.
- Experience with Excel spreadsheets and account reconciliations.
- Working knowledge of invoice payment processing, debt collection procedures and accrual accounting.
- Working knowledge of payroll (ADP PayForce National), Centaman and SAP R/3 would be advantageous.
- Working knowledge of cash collection, cash payments, petty cash and banking.
- Strong technical and analytical skills.
- Ability to demonstrate initiative, question information and resolve issues
- Well organised, flexible and accepting of change
- Work well in a team environment
- Understanding of and commitment to the principles of OH&S.
- Knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) principles.

Responsible for meeting the needs of customers utilising the Sydney Olympic Park Aquatic Centre. Particular emphasis is placed on safety, risk elimination and ensuring rules and regulations are adhered to by users of these facilities. |

SELECTION CRITERIA |
- Pool Lifeguard Certificate.
- Senior First Aid Certificate
- Advance Resuscitation Certificate.
- Experience in an aquatic/leisure/sport environment is desirable.
- Knowledge & commitment to Equal Employment Opportunity principles (EEO).
- Knowledge & commitment to the principles of Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S)
Respond to requests of Supervisors and senior management.
- Promptly respond to incidents requiring first aid treatment.
Possess a high standard of customer service, effectively act under pressure.
- Ability to be part of a team environment.
- Ability to resolve and control conflict.
- Act upon complaints from customers.
