RE-ENROLMENT INFORMATION Please see below for the correct dates and methods of re-enrolment. Gold, Silver, Bronze, and those Sprint Squad members who attend unlimited sessions are on a direct debit system. Each month a simple direct payment is made from your nominated account so you will never have to queue up again to enrol your children. Please contact the Swim School Office on (02) 9752 3666 or e-mail aquatics@sopac.nsw.gov.au . Phone and fax enrolments are no longer accepted. All other squads will re-enrol as normal. IMPORTANT DATES Term 1 2008  Tuesday 29 January - Sunday 13 April Term 2 2008 Monday 28 April - Sunday 6 July Term 3 2008 Monday 21 July – Sunday 28 Setember RE-ENROLMENT DATES Same day, time & level Monday 12 May- Sunday 8 June (on-line enrolment closes 5:00pm Friday 6 June 2008) Same day, time, different level Monday 9 June- Sunday 22 June 2008 (on-line enrolment closes 5:00pm Friday 20 June 2008) Different day, time or level Monday 23 June - Sunday 29 June 2008 Enrolment only available in person Assessment Week Monday 26 May - Sunday 1 June 2008 Only those children absent in Week 5 will be assessed in Week 6. There will be NO Re-Assessments. HOW TO RE-ENROL We have three simple methods for re-enrolling: 1: Express Enrol a: Fill out your enrolment form. It is important that both sides are completed with all enrolment and payment details. If you don't have an enrolment form, click here to download a pdf enrolment form, or pick up a form from the Centre next time you visit. b: Leave your completed form in the barrel next to the Swim School Office. c: We will mail you the finalised receipts and entry cards. If you haven't received your receipts within 14 working days of enrolling please contact the Swim School Office on (02) 9752 3666. 2: Internet Enrolment - Internet Enrolment has closed for Term 3 3: In person at the Swim School Office  Come in to the Swim School Office any time between 9am - 6pm. Please note that we do not accept phone or fax enrolments.
