ENROLMENT
If you wish to join swimming lessons at the Sydney Olympic Park Aquatic Centre please send an email to aquatic@sopac.nsw.gov.au with your child's name, date of birth, and brief outline of their previous swimming experience so we can place you on our mailing list to receive information on programs and when to enrol for the coming term.
RE-ENROLMENT - Current Students
HOW TO RE-ENROL
RE-ENROLMENT
Preference is given to those currently swimming in our Swim School to enrol into the following term. It is important that you follow the procedure and enrol at the required time to ensure your place is secured. We cannot guarantee your position if your enrolment is late.
Before re-enrolling your child you will need to find out what level your child will be in for the next term. Student Assessments take place during week five of a ten-week term program. If a child is going to be going up a level they will be given a pass that you will need to bring to the office with the re-enrolment form. If you are unsure please speak to the swim school office.
Re-enrolment forms will only be processed if you are aware of the level that your child needs to be booked into.
RE-ENROLMENT SAME DAY, TIME & LEVEL
If you are re-enrolling into the exact same class you are given two weeks priority over other bookings. This is usually done in weeks six and seven of a ten week program, however check with the swim school office for set dates.
RE-ENROLMENT DIFFERENT LEVEL
If your child has been assessed to move up a level you will be handed a coloured card to present to the office upon booking. This week of enrolments is usually done in week eight of a ten week program. You will be given a chance to book your same day and time but different level. If your same day and time is unavailable you will begiven the closest possible day and time to your current position.
RE-ENROLMENT DIFFERENT DAY OR TIME
If you need to change any details from your current booking, you can re-enrol usually in week nine of a ten week program. Ensureyou have enrolled before the end of term as new enrolments are accepted after the completion of the term.
During the appropriate datesbring your re-enrolment form to the swim school office. Forms need to be accompanied with full payment. Your booking will be processed and a receipt will be issued as confirmation. The receipt will outline the start date, finish date, day, time and level. Please check all information onthe receipt to ensure it is correct.
SQUAD ENROLMENTS
Non Competitive Squads
All mini Squad, Junior Squad, Junior Swim Fit and Swim Fit squads are run on a per term basis. Learn to swim and Non-Competitive Squads have the same re-enrolment procedures. Please refer to above information regarding enrolment.
All other squads will re-enrol as normal.
Non Competitive Squads
Bronze, Silver and Gold squads have two enrolment options/payment method. Squad members may choose payment options:
- Monthly - via direct debit
- Quarterly - in person enrolment at the Swim School Office.

Please Note:
Re-enrolment cannot be done earlier as we need to ensure that all assessments are completed in order for you or your child to be re-booked into the correct class.
We have three simple methods for re-enrolling:
1: Express Enrol
a: Fill out your enrolment form. It is important that both sides are completed with all enrolment and payment details. If you don't have an enrolment form, click here to download a pdf enrolment form, or pick up a form from the Centre next time you visit.
b: Leave your completed form in the barrel next to the Swim School Office.
c: We will mail you the finalised receipts and entry cards. If you haven't received your receipts within 14 working days of enrolling please contact the Swim School Office on (02) 9752 3666.
2: Internet Enrolment - Online Enrolment for Term 3 is now closed.
3: In person at the Swim School Office
Come in to the Swim School Office any time between 9am - 6pm weekdays.
Please note that we do not accept phone or fax enrolments.
