FITNESS CLASS DESCRIPTIONS


Body Shape:  This workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room excercises including squats, presses, lifts and curls.  This class will improve your strength, shape and tone your muscles and increase bone density.
Suitabliity: All fitness levels
Choreography: Low-Medium
Duration: 1 Hour

Boxing Circuit:
This class utilises boxing as its key ingredient with plenty of organised action.  Discover how hard you can work using your upper body as the primary movers.
Suitabliity: All fitness levels
Choreography: Low

Duration: 45 min - 1 hour

Cycle:
Challenge your cardiovascular system with this non-impact indoor cycling program to music.  Beginners to elite athletes can work at their own pace.

Fatburner:
Medium to high intensity cardiovascular workout.  A great calorie burner to the beat of the latest dance music.

Super Circuit:
As its name implies, this class is designed for those seeking to challenge both their cardiovascular and muscle conditioning systems to the limit.  Definitely not for the faint-hearted!
Suitabliity: Intermediate-Advanced fitness levels
Choreography: None

Duration: 45 min - 1 Hour


Pilates: Stretch and strengthen the postural muscle group with a series of controlled and fluid movements whilst maintaining correct body alignment.  This class will not only promote core stability, but also a leaner, stronger and injory-proof physique.
Suitabliity: All fitness levels
Choreography: Medium - High

Duration: 1 Hour


Core Combo: This class will challenge both the cardiovascular and muscle conditioning systems.  Combined with this all postural muscles and stabilisers are worked to better promote core strength, flexibility, healthy posture and balance.

Yoga: An ancient body and mind practice, consisting of a series of postures and breathing techniques.  Hailed as the workout of the millennium, this style of class promotes muscular strength, flexibility and a sense of well-being.

Dance Fusion:  Get fit in style with a class that fuses 3 dance genres of Hip Hop, Latin and Jazz Funk.  Learn new moves each week and enjoy the variety.
