CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES 


Bar Cycle:  (beginners - advanced) 45-60 min
A combination of Bodyshape and Cycle, providing the best of toning and fitness.

Body Shape: (beginners - advanced) 45-60 min
This workout challenges all your major muscle groups and will improve your strength, shape and tone your muscles and increase bone density.  Minimal choreography.

Boxing: (beginners - advanced) 45-60 min
A medium to high intensity fitness training session incorporating boxing equipment.  No choreography.

Core Combo: (beginners - advanced) 45-60 min
A total body strength and conditioning class involving a "mixed bag" of activities (swiss ball, cycle, boxing, abdominal conditoning and more).  No choreography.

Cycle: (intermediate - advanced) 45 - 60 min

Indoor cycling session to music.  A challenging non-impact cardiovascular workout. 

Cycle - Endurance: (intermediate - advanced) 45 - 60 min
Challenge your mind and the body as we focus on long distance and endurance cycling. Indoor cycling session to music.  A challenging non-impac cardivascular workout.  

Cycle - Interval: (intermediate - advanced) 45 - 60 min
Improve your aerobic and anaerobic capacity, endurance and resistance to fatique in this challenging non-impact indoor cycling workout.

Latino Burn: (beginners - advanced) 60 min
Basic choreography of Salsa, Samba and Latino style moves, mixed with freestyle choreography, hand weights and aerobic steps to give you the best aerobic workout of your life.

Pilates: (beginners - advanced) 60 min
Non impact class, designed to improve posture and muscle function, using strengthening and stretching exercises.

Super Circuit: (beginners - advanced) 45-60 min
A combination of cardiovascular and resistance exercise in a circuit format.  No choreography.

Yoga: (beginners - advanced) 90 min
Designed to improve strength and flexibility and relax the mind and body. Non-impact.

Zumba: (beginners - advanced) 60 min
Zumba is a Latin inspired, dance-fitness class that incorporates Latin and international music and dance movement, which create a dynamic, exciting and effective fitness training system.  Zumba is a cardio dance workout that is suitable for all fitness levels. 

Zumba Gold: (beginners) 60 min
Zumba Gold is a low impact and easy-to-follow dance program, perfect for beginners.  Stay fit, keep in shape and feel good!

AQUA CLASSES 

Aqua Zumba: (beginners - advanced) 45 min
Jump into the Latin-inspired, easty-to-follow, carlorie-burning, dance fitness-party that makes working out a splash.  Shallow depth class. 

Deep: (beginners - advanced) 45 min
A cardiovascular and resistance workout, suspended by a buoyancy belt in deep water. No impact or jarring on the joints. Some equipment may be utilised. Minimal choreography. Confidence in deep water is required.

Shallow: (beginners - advanced) 45 min

A cardiovascular and resistance workout in shallow water.  Some equipment may be utilised.  Minimal choreography.
