ENROLMENT    Term Dates    Term 1 2010   Wednesday 27 January – Thursday 1 April Term 2 2010   Monday 19 April – Sunday 4 July Term 3 2010   Monday 19 July – Sunday 26 September                                 SWIM SCHOOL ONLINE ENROLMENT Current Students Re-enrolment Periods Same Day, Time & Level – Week 3 to Week 6 Same Day, Time, Changing Level – Week 7 & 8 Different Day, Time Level – Week 9 Preference is given to those currently swimming in our Swim School to enrol into the following term. It is important that you follow the procedure and enrol at the required time to ensure your place is secured. We cannot guarantee your position if your enrolment is late. Same Day, Time & Level – Week 3 to Week 6 Re-enrolment for Same Day, Time & Level is now open - click here to re-enrol If you would like to guarantee your same day and lesson time for the coming term we encourage you to enrol during this period.  We encourage all students to enrol during weeks three to six to secure their enrolment.  If a student is assessed to progress to the next level enrolment or transfers for students that have already been enrolled for the coming term can be done from week seven. Please check with the Swim School Office for set dates. Same Day, Time & Changing Level,  – Week 7 & 8 For Changing Level enrolments, students whom have received a coloured pass during the assessment period are eligible to progress to the next level.   During this period you will be given the opportunity to book your same day and time, however to the changing level.  If your same day and time is unavailable you will be given the closest possible day and time to your current position. Re-enrolment for Same Day, Time & Changing Level is now open - click here to re-enrol Different Day, Time Level  – Week 9 If you would like to change your lesson day or time for the coming term you are able to do so from Week 9.  During this period youwill be able to make all changes to your enrolment for the current term.  Please check with the Swim School Office for set dates. How to Re-enrol If you are currently a student attending swimming lessons at the Sydney Olympic Park Aquatic Centre and wish to continue in the coming term you can either: · Enrol online · Enrol in person at the SwimSchool Office (For Swim School Office Hours please click here) Please note that we do not accept phone or fax enrolments. New Students If you wish to join Swimming Lessons at the Sydney Olympic Park Aquatic Centre please send an email to aquatic@sopac.nsw.gov.au with your child’s name, date of birth, and brief outline of their previous swimming experience so we can place you on our mailing list to receive information on programs and when to enrol for the coming term. Past and Family Students If you have previously had swimming lessons at Sydney Olympic Park Aquatic Centre Swim School, or currently have another family member attending lessons and would like to join please send an email to aquatic@sopac.nsw.gov.au with your child’s name, date of birth, and brief outline of their previous swimming experience so we can place you on our mailing list to receive information on programs and when to enrol for the coming term.  If you are registering a family member who has not previously had swimming lessons please mention the family member currently attending lessons so we are able to add you to the appropriate mailing list.
