TRAINING POOL

A mechanically driven steel cable and pulley system restrains the floor, allowing the depth of the pool to be varied from 0m - 2.5m.
Swimming classes, Water Polo, Synchronised Swimming, Lap Swimming, and in special circumstances use of the floor at concourse level in dry mode
The Training Pool was used as a warm-up pool during the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games
