ALL DAY VACATION CARE

The Sydney Olympic Park Aquatic Centre is famous for its aquatic Vacation Care program for children.  It caters for school children aged between 5-12yrs.   The Centre runs the only all day program in Sydney Olympic Park.  The all day Vacation Care Programs are known as Teenie Weenies and Junior Boot Camp.  The Vacation Care Program is a OSHC registered service with NSW Department of Community Services (DoCS).

Ages 5-8 years

An action packed program to entertain the kids all day! A range of different activities is offered to cater for children ages between 5-8 years.  All children attending the program must be at school.

These activities include: Diving, Tennis, AFL, Floorball, Gymnastics, Soccer Clinics, Rugby League Clinics, Basketball, Netball, Mini Golf, Obstacle Courses, Ball Games, Swimming Drills, Recreational Swimming, Inflatable Rides and more.  The program includes a leisure swim each day so don't forget to pack swimmers!

Ages 9-12 years

Junior REACH Boot Camp is a great way to introduce children aged between 9-12 years to benefits of exercise and fitness in a fun, non-intimidating environment.  Activities include 'army commando' style  circuits, boxing circuits, hip hop dance, floorball, gymnastics, tennis, soccer clinics, rugby league clinics, basketball, mini golf, obstacles courses, ball games, diving, swimming drills, recreational swimming, inflatable rides and more.

The Junior REACH Boot Camp program structures activities in a fun way using both the natural environment adn elements of the facility itself.  We believe this fun way of exercising encourages regular 'habit forming' participation for  life'.

There is a quiet room for the kids to each lunch and relax in during the break in activities.  All instructors are qualified and the  children are accompanied by Centre Staff at all times during every activity.
