Sydney Olympic Park Sports Venues is committed to supporting community and charitable organisations in support of fundraising activities through in-kind services.

All requests will be assessed on a case by case basis in accordance with our guidelines.

Guidelines

  • Your organisation must be a charitable or not-for-profit organisation. We do not accept requests from individuals
  • Requests must be submitted at least 4 weeks prior to the event date
  • Requests for cash donations and sponsorships will not be considered
  • Requests must be accompanied by a letter on organisation letterhead
  • To accommodate the many requests we receive, we only make one donation per financial year to each organisation
  • Whilst we endeavour to fulfill all requests, submitting a request does not guarantee your organisation will receive a donation
