Notice - The following will be affected due to the 2018 Georgina Hope Foundation Australian Age Swimming Championships from the 21 - 28 April 2018. Lap Lane Availability - will be limited to only the training pool. Aqua Classes - will be limited to 2 lanes only. Ticket restrictions for attendance to multiple classes will be in place to provide fair access to all members. Thank you for your cooperation during this period.
 

Adults

Beginner

This class is designed for swimmers who may have a fear of the water and are not confident to submerge. The aim is to develop water confidence and teach basic swimming skills.

Intermediate

The aim of the class is for students to further develop their swimming strokes and start to establish knowledge on breathing techniques and arm strokes.

Advanced

The aim of the class is for swimmers to develop stroke technique and distance with all swimming strokes.

It is never too late to learn! All ages and all levels. The Swim School conducts friendly and relaxed classes for beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. Learn to swim classes feature the development of water confidence, safety skills and basic strokes. Intermediate and advanced classes include stroke correction, breathing techniques and improved fitness.

Duration: 45 minute class

Class Numbers: 6 per class (Beginner), 7 per class (Intermediate) & 8 per class (Advanced)

Cost: $18 per lesson

Squads

Adult swim squad sessions cater for swimmers who wish to improve their fitness, skills and stroke technique while working towards long term goals.
