To participate in our Diving, Synchronised Swimming and Water Polo Clinics a 25m swim test will need to be conducted by our Austswim qualified instructors. In the situation where a child does not meet the minimum requirements alternate sporting activities will be arranged, either aquatic or land based.*

This winter have your children participate in the Sydney Olympic Park - Olympic Games! Our All Day Holiday Recreation Program will feature clinics in several Olympic sports as we see who will take out the gold medal. With fun Olympic themed craft activities also scheduled between sports, your children are bound to have a fun filled day.

Program Description
Athletics Clinic

A morning filled with track and jumping events. Then we will see which team is strongest with tug-o-war!

Tee Ball Clinic Practicing throwing, catching and batting skills. We will then see how these skills pull up in an actual game!
Yoga With our qualified yoga instructor kids will practice flexibility, core stability and relaxation.
Table Tennis At the Sydney Olympic Park Sports Halls, kids will play a round robin tournament to see who takes out first place.
Judo Clinic Judo black belt, Liam Stewart will go through introductory Judo skills for a 90min clinic.
Hockey Clinic At Cathy Freeman Park the clinic will go through introductory skills for the sport hockey. Then we’ll see who will take out the gold with a game!
NRL Clinic
Australian Rugby 7’s Commonwealth Youth Games Gold Medallist and NRLW Rookie of the Year 2020, Kennedy Cherrington will go through introductory NRL drills and games. 
Diving Clinic
A representative from Diving NSW and our Austswim qualified coaches will go through foundational diving skills with the opportunity to dive from the 1m and 3m spring boards at the Aquatic Centre. 
Kick Ball
A modified game of baseball, our instructors will go through running and fielding skills. Then we’ll see who will take out the gold with a game!
Gymnastics Clinic
At Sydney Olympic Parks Quay Centre our qualified gymnastics coach will go through the basics in jumping, rolling, balancing, flipping and landing.
Cricket Clinic
This clinic will go through skills in batting and fielding. We will then see how these skills pull up in an actual game!
Volleyball Clinic
At the Sydney Olympic Park Sports Halls, kids will play a team v team tournament to see who takes out first place.
European Handball
A mix between Netball and Soccer, this fast paced game will see the team with the most goals win!
Synchronised Swimming Clinic
A representative from the Sydney Emeralds will go through introductory skills to synchronised swimming.
Water Polo Clinic
Our water polo instructor will go through the basic skills of the game on both dry and wet land. We will finish the clinic with a short game to test out your skills.
Soccer Clinic
At Bicentennial Park our instructors will go through fun soccer games and drills.
Basketball Clinic
Focusing on the fundamentals of basketball with fun drills and activities for ball skills, shooting and agility.
Olympic Legacy Guided Tour
In celebration of all things sport, children will participate in an Olympic Legacy guided tour , sharing the stories and moments that define the greatness of Sydney 2000 Olympic and Paralympic Games and the legacies left at Sydney Olympic Park.
