Credits will only be issued under the following guidelines:
- Major illnesses/injury or hospitalisation
- Moving house or relocation (out of the 10km area)
Credit – money will be credited to you to use for future programs.
To apply for credit
- Letter outlining the reason for the application and the number of sessions missed (Attention letter: Aquatic Manager).
- Doctors certificate – required for all medical considerations, dates need to reflect number of sessions missed.
Refunds will not be granted for cancellations.
To make future bookings you will need to contact the swim school to go through available options. There is no guarantee of a future preferred position in any program.
Class occupancy is a major factor in determining whether or not a clinic will need to be cancelled. In the event that your chosen class is not 60% full, a Swim School staff member may contact you to offer you an alternative session or refund. All lessons cancellations are at the discretion of the Aquatics Programs Coordinator.
