Swim Pass Holder

Effective: Monday 29 June 2020

We are very excited to be reopening to our Swim Pass Holders. The staff at the Aquatic Centre have been working very hard behind the scenes to ensure we can reopen a safe, healthy and hygienic venue, and therefore have updated our Conditions of Entry in line with our COVID Safety Plan.
Swim Pass Holders Conditions of Entry
The video outlines our new Conditions of Entry which you will be required to adhere to if you decide to come back to the Aquatic Centre.  Please note, we have a zero tolerance policy for any unsafe or unsanitary behaviours, and anybody not adhering to the Conditions of Entry will be asked to leave the venue immediately.
In the interests of staff and customer safety, Swim Pass Holders must adhere to the following safety measures:
  • Good hygiene and respiratory practices (ie: sneezing and coughing into elbow, no spitting, washing hands regularly, using sanitation stations regularly) at all times.
  • Maintain physical distancing of 1.5 metre distance between others at all times.
  • Adhere to room capacity limits as displayed at the entry to each room at all times.
  • Where possible shower at home before and after visiting the venue
  • Only use changerooms if necessary.
  • Follow direction from Centre staff and signage at all times.
  • Bring your own towel and use it on the equipment at all times.
  • Clean and sanitise equipment before and after use.
Lap swimming will be available in the Competition Pool and Utility Pool and pool depth is from 2m – 5m deep. Only competent swimmers should be using the lap lanes. We also have a number of squads using the pools throughout the day so there is a limited timeframe of when the lanes will be available.

If you would like to reactivate your Swim Pass you must complete the online Reactivation form. Please allow 48 hours for your membership to be activated.

Currently the Training Pool is underdoing a major maintenance and will be closed until further notice, we are giving you the choice of when you would like to return to the Aquatic Centre.

All swim passes are currently on hold and will remain so until you request reactivation, or when the Aquatic Centre reopens with all facilities available.

If you would like to reactivate your Swim Pass you must complete the online Reactivation form (link to https://www.aquaticcentre.com.au/Health-Club/Reactivation-Form). Please allow 48 hours for your membership to be activated.
