All Swim School students are enrolled on a perpetual basis. All student enrolment can only be ceased by completing the Direct Debit Lesson Cancellation Form.
Complete the online Direct Debit Lesson Cancellation Form. Please note that all cancellations require two weeks’ notice prior to cancellation, as per Swim School’s terms and conditions.
Once you have completed and submitted the Direct Debit Agreement Form, you will be required to pay the pro rata fee of the student’s first lesson. This fee could be one or two lessons, depending on when in the Direct Debit period you are enrolled. There after the fortnightly direct debit payment will commence from your nominated bank account or credit card. Please note, that Swim School lessons are run on a term basis and students will not be charged within the School Holidays unless the enrolled student has a lesson within the next direct debit period. Classes do not run on Public holidays therefore students will not be charged.
Direct debit dates cannot be nominated; all debits are set fortnightly and are uniform across the swim school. Download the direct debit payment calendar.
